• Impacts of Variation on project delivery in relation to cost and time. Variations (in scope of work, program, material quantities, change in design, change in specifications, unit rate changes, etc) impact on the quality, time, and cost of projects. This includes the analysis and action to measure the causes and effects of Variations. 

• Project delays and quantitative analysis.

• Developing claims and disputes strategies to meet business objectives.

• Developing a Framework of Project Governance.Project Due Diligence. (Project Due Diligence framework is a risk management tool to assess the ability to deliver in line with the project and contract requirements. The workshop provides a structured and consistent approach for the identification and assessment of risks prior to entering into agreements and during the delivery pf project execution). 

• Contract Assurance and Compliance. (Review / Audit procurement processes, undertake assessment of contractual compliance; project controls and other project risks, undertake on-site reviews to assess the strengths of key governance processes and controls).
